Things you should know:
- If your order is in relation to a transfer from an existing provider, please note these types of orders can generally take up to 48 business hours to be processed with NBN. Please note that during this period, it is possible that you may experience some minimal downtime with your service.
- If your order is regarding the provisioning of a new service, please note you will receive an email shortly which will contain further information regarding the details and dates for your installation.
- If you chose to order a new router from us, this will be shipped out to you and will come pre-configured and ready to use out of the box, However if you are using your own existing router, you will need to refer to our third party router setup guide here . Your username and password will be included in your welcome email which you will receive once your service is active.
